Brief introduction of Ishu Honjozo

Kinryo was founded in 1789 in Kagawa Prefecture, Shikoku. Surrounded by Japan's Seto Inland Sea and the mountains of Shikoku, the brewery is blessed with a rich natural environment that provides the rice and water necessary to produce beautiful sake. A good bitterness unites with an aged acidity to give a sharp taste. It has a richness and sharpness that will keep you coming back for more. This is a sake that is best served cold or warmed.

Characteristics KainKaiun Daiginjo has won several prizes including Silver Medal of IWC 2016 in Daiginjo category. Its the best quality sake with gorgeous aroma and graceful taste. It is made with the polished down to 40% Yamadanishiki rice and pure subsoil water of Mt. Fuji. Chill it under 10 degree C and enjoy its flavour.
