Sparkling 'N' Sake has started with Sake Distributorship of a reputed Japanese company named 'Nishino Kinryo', having its Head Office in Kagawa, Japan. Nishino has remained faithful to the same spirit of manufacturing for over 350 years. Its history of Sake started in 7th generation (Nishino Kaemon) in 1779, located in Awa (Tokushima prefecture). It places most importance on "sincerity" and "quality".

The 8th generation (Nishino Kaemon) found the perfect location with rich nature that provides rice and water which are required in producing delicious 'Sake'.
