Sparkling N Sake
ISHU HONJOZO
Kinryo was founded in 1789 in Kagawa Prefecture, Shikoku. Surrounded by Japan's Seto Inland Sea and the mountains of Shikoku, the brewery is blessed with a rich natural environment that provides the rice and water necessary to produce beautiful sake. A good bitterness unites with an aged acidity to give a sharp taste. It has a richness and sharpness that will keep you coming back for more. This is a sake that is best served cold or warmed. The elegant acidity of the sake goes well with dishes with a rich flavor, such as red meat such as tuna for sashimi, grilled fish, boiled fish, white fish tempura and other seafood, yakitori (sauce is also acceptable), fried chicken, nabe dishes in general, oden and tofu dishes.
