Brief introduction of Ide Jozo

In the region of Fujigoko or the area that has five lakes formed by eruptions of Mt. Fuji, Ide Brewery Co. is the one and only sake brewery. And we at Ide Brewery Co. use Mt. Fuji Spring Water as its 'Shikomi Mizu' or producing water for Sake. The feature of its water is its cleanliness and clearness, abundance minerals, the stable temperature between 12 degree Celsius and 15 degree Celsius. and tasty with well balanced minerals melted in it. Recently, it drew attention of its high content of vanadium.

CharacteristicsThis Umeshu Liqueur is prepared in two stages; First, fresh young use or Japanese apricot ad sake brewed in freezing cold temperature is used. Secondly, fully ripe uses harvested at the forest of the brewery are used. Unique use flavour and depth of sake splendidly harmonised. Quite fresh Umeshu Liqueur. Enjoy it straight, on the rock or with Soda.
